You will find this option where you will always find three dots. Whatever you need in three dots, you will find it there. Click here to see the levels option. When you click on the levels page, you will see many things. You will see options like Edit and many other things. When you start, you will not see some things because many things are written here. You will not find it at the beginning, that’s the level. For example, if there is a new customer, when I click on the new customer, I will know that all these customers are new. You also need to level customers based on what they do. For example, the first thing we do with the customer is what we do with them. This is also an art. I will teach you how to do it immediately after the number. Then, you need to level up. First, let me tell you how levels are used. It’s simple. Just like you see the chat that you are looking at, you need to click and hold on the chat. Once selected, you will see the Levels option at the top. If you do not see it there, as the phone screen may be small and the top options may not appear, you will find it here. When you click on the three dots, you will see the Levels option. Currently, it is not available, so let’s click on the levels for now. as soon as we do, all the levels that are already there will be available for you to manage. If you want to create a new level, you can see the “New Level” option here. For now, I will show you by editing, for example, the new customer. When I click here, you will see that you are not showing you this level here. We will remove the yellow level, so the Remove option is here. Once I confirm, the yellow level will be removed. I don’t want to remove it for now, so I will click Cancel. After that, there is an option for Message Customer, this will be covered in the next broadcast page.
