Now the company has also started from taxes, from messaging from multimedia, and by knowing the results you will be surprised. The opening rate of Gmail was 33%, while the opening rate through messaging apps had reached up to 80%. This is why I am covering Whatsapp because the commonly used messaging app is somewhere on Whatsapp. I don’t need to confirm this; I am sure you also use Whatsapp. I am 100% sure, My name is Rajkumar, I am your host for this vlog today. Let’s start the video. [music] I have already covered many factors, so let’s start. The first factor is the target customer. Now these are three types of customers who are they? Simple Whatsapp where one can chat personally with family, friends, and relatives. But now with Whatsapp Business, if someone is in sales, is a consultant, or has a small local business, Whatsapp Business can help in running the business smoothly. Some automation features are also available, then when Whatsapp talks about this, once the communication is done, it’s the company that has running call centers, everything is on Whatsapp now, so Whatsapp Business cannot be ignored. I hope you have understood the target customer now. For simple communication, Whatsapp is the right choice. If you have started a business, you can use Whatsapp Business initially, then as you grow on a larger scale, you can opt for Whatsapp API. Let’s move on to the next topic. Available on both Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store, Whatsapp Business can also be downloaded from both platforms and can be used, and their web versions are also available. And then you will see that the desktop version of Whatsapp Business is also available. There is also a desktop version of Whatsapp, which is available. You can use all these versions on your mobile, laptop, and PC. But when it comes to Whatsapp Business Apps, there is no mobile app interface, there is no mobile app, it is integrated through third-party apps. This can only be viewed on the desktop, whether you have a Mac operating system or a Windows system, it doesn’t make a difference, but if it’s not available on mobile, it’s a significant disadvantage. The unique feature of Whatsapp is, in Whatsapp and Whatsapp Business, you can now understand the main difference, now let’s move forward about Account opening, so account opening is easy in both Whatsapp and Whatsapp Business, you just need to download, and you need one number immediately to start, no hassle, but when it comes to Whatsapp Business, you need to take approval before starting, there is a bit of a lengthy process, so you may have to wait, not everyone gets approval immediately. Also when it comes to free features, Whatsapp and Whatsapp Business are mainly free, there are no charges on regular usage, but when it comes to Whatsapp Business Apps, it starts as free but then becomes chargeable as it integrates through third-party apps. Many people can integrate and use it, so let’s talk about the limitations, Whatsapp can forward messages to a maximum of five people, automation is not available here, and the user is limited here, so you definitely cannot use it for business purposes. The user created with a single number will have a semicolon, but this changes completely in Whatsapp Business, where you can have multiple users across multiple devices using it, so it completely changes the game. This can be an advantage for established businesses running call centers, so definitely Whatsapp Business Apps are the right choice for them. So I hope you have understood what is right for you, if you are running a small business, and then I will tell you about the levels in this course, I will speak about profile creation next, Let’s discuss limitations, how-many users Lets talk about Broadcasts, Whats App Broadcasting has limitations, if you want to know more details, make a free account with us and we will have a good discussion about that. MainWindow Communication is limited to a maximum of 256 people being able to send to you are free to send unlimited users on Whatsapp Business Apps, you can also download many broadcasts and other integrations on both mobile and web versions, but only one user can create, and then Whatsapp Business, let’s talk about Whatsapp Business. What is WhatsApp Business? The first Pro is that there are no limitations, you can use it across unlimited users on unlimited devices, so this is a huge advantage, but what’s the catch? The cost is a bit of a consideration. When it comes to Integrations, all the works are unlimited, unlimited automation, the integration features a user’s capabilities and features that can be communicated. In the end, the limitations are similar, the message is also limited. When it comes to automation, Whatsapp does not have automation features, and you can automate to some extent in Whatsapp Business such as setting a welcome message, letting the person know you will contact them later, and you can communicate in between that time, you can also set shortcuts, if a customer asks about pricing, you can search for ABC price. This is a bit of Automation offered by Whatsapp Business, when it comes to Integrations, you can integrate a chatbot, various integrations, API pricing, you can use these GIFs and more.
